How much effort is required from my church to implement Ministry Notes services?

Minimal effort is needed! Your church just needs to provide an audio file of the sermon to Ministry Notes as soon as possible. From there, we’ll take care of summarizing, formatting, and posting the notes on your church’s dedicated page on our website. At the end of each month, we’ll also send you a PDF copy of all the sermons that month. Simply add a button with a hyperlink to Ministry Notes on your church’s website, and we’re happy to assist with that if needed.

Can my Church review and edit the Sermon Notes/Reflection Questions/Daily Activities before they are posted?

Absolutely! While Ministry Notes is designed to be a hands-off tool for your convenience, we’re happy to accommodate any corrections or additions your church would like to make before the notes are published.

How soon will the Sermon Services be uploaded?

As we continue to grow, we’ll need to determine the best way to serve the increasing number of churches, which will likely include expanding our staff. For now, all service summaries, website updates, and communications are handled by one person, so we appreciate your patience during this time! We are working to upload sermon notes as soon as we receive them, with the goal of having notes available on the same day.

What if we want to try out the service or the service is too expensive?

Ministry Notes is dedicated to providing this service at an affordable rate, while also recognizing that each church has unique financial circumstances. Our pricing is flexible, allowing churches to contribute what they can afford and feel the service is worth. While we offer a standard weekly rate as a guideline, your church is welcome to pay an amount that aligns with your budget, whether above or below the standard rate. Any contributions above the standard rate will help support churches that cannot afford the service, enabling Ministry Notes to offer it to them free of charge.

Is there a contract?

Not at all! Ministry Notes understands that church finances can fluctuate, so we don’t lock in any price or require a contract. Our goal is simply to offer a valuable service that helps people grow in their faith. If your church is unable to pay for a month or needs to contribute less than expected, that’s completely okay! We’ll continue providing the service based on what your church can afford, even if that’s nothing at all.

What if my church is not shown on Ministry Notes?

Ministry Notes is a new service, and many churches may not yet be aware of our services. If you'd like to see your church's notes summarized, please let a church member know and share our website with them. We’re working to grow organically with your support. You can also fill out a form with your church's details, and we’ll be happy to reach out directly.
